Healthy Living From the Inside Out: No Bake Cooking Demo Workshop

Research has shined the light upon healthy habits and their relationship to work and life productivity. Join our workshop and discover how food alone does not impact our productivity and energy level. We will focus on primary foods (career, relationships, cooking, spirituality, physical activity) and secondary food: the actual food that we eat. We will also show you how to make vegan protein balls and we will share life hack recipes that will save you time, nourish your body and soul.
The cost is $7 and please purchase beforehand on Eventbrite (all fees included) as seating is limited per person and you’ll leave with about 20 protein balls to last for an entire week!
Not good for those with peanut allergies; contains peanut butter.
